Now it’s time to book an intro session at CFNB so you can reach your goals with second-to-none coaching and within a community of like-minded people.

During your session, we’ll evaluate your current level of fitness, and introduce you to some of what you’ll experience in CrossFit.  This is really just a way for us to get to know each other and to build a plan for you.  Together.
