Whether you’re looking to touch up your technique, train to improve explosiveness for sport, or compete in Olympic Weightlifting, you’ll get feedback on almost every lift. Mastery of the lifts is the goal of these classes but you’ll quickly realize that mastering Olympic Weightlifting is more of a journey than a destination.
