Too old for KidFit, but not quite ready for an all-out CrossFit class? TeenFit offers a challenging workout for teens of all levels, in a nurturing and fun environment. Whether you’re looking to get stronger for a sport, lose weight, or start a healthy lifestyle, TeenFit is for you! Teens will generally do modified versions of the day’s WOD, learning everything from pull-ups to Olympic weightlifting from a patient, certified instructor.
